This course seeks to address market failures in the provision of finance to the MSMES in Kenya. This will be achieved by reinforcing components namely: Liquidity support through community based financial institutions: De risking lending to MSMES and offering technical assistance to MSMES through financial intermediaries, regulators and National treasury.
