This Investment Policy Statement (“Policy” or IPS”) provides the framework for the management of investment of Agricultural Finance Corporation

(“AFC”) fund.

An investment policy helps to clearly communicate to all relevant parties the objectives, procedures, guidelines and constraints to be adhered to by the

parties. It is the guidelines by which fiduciaries expect their goals and objectives for a particular financial asset to be met.

It is the desire of the board and the management to have an operating investment policy. This policy is derived from the AFC ACT CAP 323 section. which empowers the corporation to carry out various investments.
